City of Pico Rivera Hourly Part-Time Unit Contract Ratification 2023

We did it! Our SEIU 721 City of Pico Rivera Hourly Part-Time Unit bargaining team reached a strong Tentative Agreement that will uplift members, their families and our communities.

The bargaining team unanimously recommends a YES vote on this tentative agreement.

The agreement includes back payment of 4% for 2021, 3% for 2022 and 3% for 2023. The contract expires in 2024 and we’ll back at the bargaining table then. We kept your longevity bonuses and made improvements in bereavement leave and vacation time cash out.

Online voting begins Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 4pm and ends Thursday, September 7th at 3pm.
