City of Port Hueneme 2022 Contract Campaign – BARGAINING TEAM NOMINATION FORM

Nominations for seats on the 2022 SEIU 721 City of Port Hueneme Bargaining Team are now being sought.

Nominations
• You may nominate yourself by completing the Nomination Form below, including the Candidate Statement.
• This is not a ballot. Only one nomination form per candidate is necessary. Submitting more than one nomination form will not increase your chance of winning a seat.
• Submit your nomination form by Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 5pm (PST).

Elections
An election will be conducted in late February/early March 2022 if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.

Only SEIU 721 City of Port Hueneme members in good standing may submit a valid bargaining team nomination.
