Our bargaining team delivered on a strong Tentative Agreement and members overwhelmingly voted YES and YES to approve the Tentative Agreement and to secure our future with a Dues Alignment.

Tentative Agreement Highlights

10% Pay Increase within 8 months, Significant Flexible Benefits Increases, $2,000 Recognition Bonus, Plus TWO New Paid Holidays!

In addition to the general salary increases, the majority of members will also receive a Market Equity Adjustment. Click here to see which job classifications will receive the adjustments.

Next Steps

Effective October 30, 2022, each employee covered by the agreement will receive a wage increase of 7.0% (plus Market Equity Adjustment for some). The $2,000 one-time payment will be paid on December 16, 2022.
