SEIU 721 members from the Inland Empire gathered at the first campaign action team meeting with Mike Soubirous, center, and his wife Linda Soubirous.SEIU 721 Inland Empire members unanimously endorsed Mike Soubirous for Riverside County Board of Supervisors District 1 last month and are eager to kick-off his campaign at a BBQ on Saturday March 24, 2012 in Riverside.

Members feel that Mike’s enthusiasm, fresh perspectives and innovative ideas will bring a much-needed change of direction to the same old politics as usual in Riverside County. He recently retired from the California Highway Patrol.
In introducing Mike at a recent campaign action team meeting Jason Klumb, SEIU 721 Inland Area Regional Director noted, “As a 29-year public safety employee, we know Mike has honor and integrity and will treat city and county employees with dignity and respect.”
