County of Ventura Last, Best and Final Offer Put to Vote

Ballot-icon.jpgThe SEIU 721 County of Ventura Bargaining Committee unanimously voted to send the County of Ventura’s Last, Best and Final offer to members in good standing for a vote. The Committee did not make a vote recommendation.
SEIU is conducting dozens of worksite meetings across the county to review the offer with members and to educate them about it.
Ballots have been mailed out and you should receive yours in the next couple of days. Ballots must be received by Aug 30 at 4 p.m. at the designated P.O. Box indicated in the reply envelope provided. 
Ballots will be counted on August 30 at 5 p.m. at the Poinsettia Pavilion, Santa Paula Room, 3451 Foothill Rd, Ventura. The ballots will be counted by SEIU 721 members who do not work for Ventura County. SEIU 721 County of Ventura members are invited to attend the ballot count.
