Over 20 Stewards from across Tri-Counties gathered for their monthly meeting and to enjoy some BBQ On July 21 at our Ventura office. Stewards were joined by other 721 leaders including executive board and regional council members and regional staff.
Stewards came from throughout the Tri-Counties Region, including California Forensic Medical Group, Conejo Recreation and Park District, County of Ventura, Ventura Superior Courts, Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, Pleasant Valley Park and Recreation District, City of Simi Valley and from the Tri-Counties Regional Center.
Stewards met on key issues and went through a training session on new member orientations and signing new members up for SEIU. Members and staff participated in lively role playing to hone their skills.
