We did it! Our SEIU 721 Las Virgenes Municipal Water District bargaining team worked hard to secure a strong one year contract that puts members and the District back on track. Our unity and collective participation were key in bringing home this contract. Congratulations!
Here’s what we achieved:
- 3% salary increase over the term of the contract is a solid win and will help families keep up with cost of living increases.
- $20 per pay period employer match on 401(A)
- Term: One year
The 3% salary increase will be effective Dec. 30th, 2017.
Las Virgenes members voted by 98% to approve the Tentative Agreement.
