SEIU 721 members stood shoulder-to-shoulder with other county labor groups in the Labor Management Transformation Council and led the charge to shift the way issues are addressed in our workplace. The result: Just Culture.
LA County Health Agency’s Just Culture is about supporting a work environment that is kind and fair whenever there are unintended outcomes. It is about fairness, respect and addressing issues and finding solutions in a diligent and constructive manner that empowers workers and ultimately strengthen the vital frontline health services our communities depend on.
Now it’s time for all LA County Health Agency workers to get trained on the Just Culture process and tools.
