What was the last and final offer?
if PHNs move from Grid 4 to Grid 6 and PHN Supervisors (PHNS) move from Grid 8 to 9/10. what Grid does Program Specialist, PHN (PS-PHN) will move to (Now, Grid 9)? If Union forget to move the PS-PHN to the higher grid than PHNS; and than, the history will repeat again and grievance will be filed. I hope someone in the bargain table will be informed and correct it (oversight). PS-PHN shall be more up at least one grid higher than PHNS. Just a thought.
