The Coronavirus Pandemic is affecting people worldwide — and that includes us here in LA County. As you probably have heard, precautions are being taken to restrict large gatherings in order to reduce the potential spread of Coronavirus.
In this spirit, SEIU 721 will POSTPONE the “Champions For Our Children” gathering originally scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2020. We will update everyone once a new date and time for this annual event has been selected.
For now, please take all necessary precautions to protect yourself from contracting Coronavirus. It’s important for all of us to work together to keep our loved ones, and our communities, safe.
It should be “Champions for Our Children and Seniors of LACounty” as social workers of this county are not exclusively for children.
