It’s time to prepare for our upcoming bargaining campaign for Santa Barbara County employees. Our contract expires on June 27, 2021. We need to hear from you!

It is only with our unity and participation that we can help protect services in our community. You can start getting involved right now by filling out the online bargaining survey.

By filling out your bargaining survey, we can determine our priorities during negotiations and fight for a contract that uplifts our work and the communities we serve.

It’s also time to nominate our bargaining team. This is a great opportunity for members who want to take an active role in our union. There will be 6 spots on the bargaining team. Fill out and submit the bargaining team nomination form by Friday, March 12, 2021 5pm (PST).
