Do you have dependents covered by your health insurance?
The City’s LAwell Employee Benefits Program is performing a verification of all dependents covered in a City of Los Angeles insurance plan, including medical and dental insurance plans. Employees who cover dependents on their insurance are required to submit proof of their relationship to keep their dependents in coverage.
The deadline to verify is Thursday, July 16th!
