SEIU 721 is getting reports that LA County management is retaliating against some members for participating in the recent six-day unfair labor practice strike.
Any such retaliation is illegal and SEIU 721 will not tolerate it. The strike action was legal and taken to ensure child safety and family security.
Don’t worry: SEIU 721 has your back. But there are a few things you can do to protect yourself and your co-workers.
If you have suffered any kind of retaliation since you returned to work, do these three things right away:
(1) Download and Print the ULP Incident Report
(2) Fill out the form. Be as detailed as possible.
(3) Fax the completed form to the SEIU 721 Member Connection: (213) 401-1792.
