County of Ventura Bargaining Update – August 19 2025

Our bargaining team has sent our initial bargaining proposals to the county and we will be meeting on August, 20, 2025 and again on September 3, 2025 to have our first discussions with County management.

The proposals reflect the top three priorities of members based on the bargaining surveys – wage increase, improvement to healthcare, and workplace rights.

This is the first step in fighting for a fair contract. We need you to stay active and engaged to win the best contract possible.
