Here’s how you can support Red Cross workers:
Tell Los Angeles County to contract with a different agency for its upcoming blood drives. It’s easy to do and it will help Red Cross workers win what they need and continue to provide the blood Southern Californians need.
LA County is hosting four blood donor donation drives by the American Red Cross:
Health Services, 5555 Ferguson Building – Thursday, June 3
Hall of Administration, 500 West Temple – Thursday, June 3
Courts, 415 West Ocean, Long Beach – Wednesday, June 9
DCFS, 4060 Watson Plaza Drive, Lakewood – Wednesday, June 9
Call LA County CEO, Bill Fujioka at (213) 974-1101. Tell him you support Red Cross workers and will only donate blood to employers who respect their Workers!
Ask him to reschedule all American Red Cross Blood drives in LA County worksites until our fellow Union members get a fair contract!
