City of Duarte workers are preparing for negotiations next year when contracts representing SEIU 721 members in the city expire on June 30, 2011.
Members recently received a final raise of 4 percent and are continuing to meet with Duarte City Manager Darrell George on a quarterly basis to resolve worksite issues including release time for board members.

SEIU 721 board meetings are held at noon the third Wednesday of every month. Meetings are regularly held at the city yard at 1850 Highland Ave. in Duarte.
