Nominations for seats on the 2023 SEIU 721 City of Simi Valley Bargaining Team are now being sought.

Nominations
• You may nominate yourself or a coworker by completing the Nomination Form below.
• This is not a ballot. Only one nomination form per candidate is necessary. Submitting more than one nomination form will not increase the nominee’s chance of winning a seat.
• Submit your nomination form by Friday, January 20, 2023 by 5PM (PST).

Elections
An election will be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team. There are 5 bargaining seats available.

Only SEIU 721 City of Simi Valley members in good standing may submit a valid bargaining team nomination.
