Don’t fall for the Opt-Out Scam — Stay Union Strong
The anti-union worker movement suffered big losses at the national level. These groups see the writing on the wall — the unraveling of the anti-union worker legislation and agenda of the last 4 years.
They’re taking advantage of the economic fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic to sow the seeds of misinformation and create doubts about the power that comes with being a union member.
It’s not a coincidence that they want you to “opt-out” as we’re bargaining in tough and uncertain times — it’s pandemic union busting.
Don’t fall for it — stay #UnionStrong

The groups who fund the deceitful spam emails don’t share our goals of supporting public policies that will help secure things like proper PPE for workers, staffing ratios, our hard earned pensions and more. They want to make union workers work longer and more dangerously – for a lot less money.
That’s why they’re spamming you. It’s no coincidence that these emails are arriving as our nation is looking toward big, pro-worker changes in Washington.
You may have received a mailer recently from an outfit called the Freedom Foundation, suggesting that you can “give yourself a Christmas bonus” by quitting your union.
You should know that the Freedom Foundation is one of many front groups funded by ultra right-wing oil billionaire Charles Koch dedicated to busting public sector unions.
