It’s time for the first step in our bargaining campaign process – nominating our bargaining team.

If you would like to nominate another Ventura Superior Court member, use this form.

As court employees, this is a great opportunity for union members to have your voices heard.

Members in good standing may nominate themselves or any other Ventura Superior Court member. The nominee must be a member in good standing.

An election will be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.
