What is the “Acknowledgement of Employee Responsibilities” Form ?

The County has stated that the intent of the form is to serve as a tool to encourage employees to think twice before acting in a manner inconsistent with laws or policies.

If you are not comfortable signing the acknowledgement, the CEO’s office has assured the Union that discipline will not be pursued for a simple refusal to sign
. Your supervisor may, however, have a witness sign and note on the form that you decline to sign.
