Next Steps for the Cities Accountability Program

We developed plans of action to win for city workers across Southern California and identified the following priorities. 
  • Mobilizing Members
  • Increasing Communication 
  • Engage Members in Follow-up Meetings 
  • Drive a Major Escalation Campaign 
That’s not all we discussed! We also created plans around contracting out, holding management accountable and maintaining quality services by preventing layoffs and furloughs.
