It’s Time to Turn it Up!

The Board of Supervisors will hear the proposed budget for 2013-2014 on Tuesday, April 16th. In order to demand that the Supervisors make County workers a priority in the budget, we need to be out in force!

“For the last four years, there have been hiring freezes and frozen wages. We have continued to work hard for Los Angeles County and now, it’s our turn!”
-Michael Aguilera, CSW Chatsworth

On April 16, LA County CEO William Fujioka will present a proposed budget to the Board of Supervisors for 2013-2014. We need to be out in force to demand that the Supervisors make County workers a budget priority. There have been four years of hiring freezes and frozen wages, but 2013 is the year when we will turn the corner to better salaries and a stronger LA County!
On April 16, we’re going to TURN IT UP!
