Two Year Deal Includes Wage Increase and Additional Comp Time

The Conejo Recreation and Park District (CRPD) bargaining team reached a tentative agreement on a strong two-year contract that strengthens our District. Through your unity, participation and overwhelming YES vote, we won a contract that includes salary increases of 2.5% in year one and 2.5% in year two.  We also held strong on the Cafeteria Plan and Basic Needs Allowance.

The CRPD Board voted to approve the new Memorandum of Understanding at the June 15th Board meeting.
