COURT DECISION UPDATE – Tuesday, September 5th @ 6:10PM
There is still no final decision on how many – if any –workers will be prohibited from participating in the strike.
It is possible that some highly essential employees may not be able to strike given the nature of their work, but as of 6:10pm today Tuesday, September 5th, the Judge has NOT YET issued a decision.
