Things are changing quickly as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and SEIU Local 721 is acting swiftly to keep members and the residents they serve safe. It is also important to make sure members have a contract that protects them. Your bargaining team negotiated a contract extension that locks in a good agreement during uncertain times.

The bargaining team unanimously recommends a YES vote.

We are conducting the vote by mail on this agreement and you should receive your ballot in the mail in the next couple of days. The ballot contains detailed instructions.

Your ballot must be received here in the SEIU Local 721 Ventura office, located at 2472 Eastman Ave. #30, Ventura, CA 93003, by Friday, May 22, 2020 at 5 p.m. (PST) to be valid. The vote count will be at 5:05 p.m. on May 22nd, also in the Ventura office.

For questions, contact Chief Negotiator Aram Agdaian at aram.agdaian@seiu721.org, Worksite Organizer Monica Martinez at monica.martinez@seiu721.org, or a bargaining team member.
