City of Simi Valley Members Vote Yes on ULP Strike Authorization

After days of voting, the results are finally in!

City of Simi Valley members overwhelmingly voted in favor of an Unfair Labor Practice strike with a resounding 99% voting YES.

Dozens of City of Simi Valley members rallied at the Simi Valley City Hall, building picket signs then rallying and marching in a strong show of union power. Simi Valley member leaders then announced the results of the ULP Strike Authorization vote.

Despite the overwhelming support by Simi Valley members, the ULP strike authorization does not mean we are going on strike just yet.

Simi Valley members are tired of the City stonewalling at the bargaining table and are ready to hold the City accountable for its bad faith bargaining and members are ULP strike ready!
