Day One of the ULP Strike is wrapped up! Thank you to everyone who came out and made sure that the County heard our voices!
Day Two of the strike begins on Thursday, September 7th at 7:30 a.m. at the Riverside Convention Center.
We’ll meet at the Riverside Convention Center at 7:30, before marching to the Riverside County Administration Center for a rally to condemn the County’s 19 unfair practices and make our demands directly to top County officials.
On the heels of gubernatorial candidates former LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom joining SEIU Local 721 members on Day One of the strike, California State Treasurer John Chiang and NextGen American Founder Tom Steyer are set to join in on the Thursday actions.

Please make it known that the injunction was put in place late last night stating we are crucial personnel to protect the safety if the children but we are not worthy of compensation from the County or the Biard of Supervisors. I truly regret not being able to strike.
