Fight for the Frontline

We, the essential workers of LA County, are the frontline that nearly 11 million people rely on to keep everything functioning – street services, healthcare, social services, public safety, libraries, parks and recreation, marriage licenses and birth certificates…all of it!

We proved our heroism throughout the pandemic. But LA County management still wants to reward us by privatizing as many of our jobs as they can and paying us as little as they can.

We either take a stand or we get taken for granted.

Management at LA County is not going to give us a good contract without a fight.

It’s up to us to build on that momentum to get a strong contract in 2022.

Here’s what you can do now to help us win a strong contract in 2022:
