SEIU 721 Ventura Superior Court members voted in their new bargaining team. Members voted at worksite meetings at all three different Ventura Court sites and the votes were tallied on Wed., June 29 at the SEIU 721 Ventura office.

The transition of chapter leadership also took place. Enrique Barboza was installed as the new chapter chair, and members feted outgoing chapter president Frank Corral.

During a recent membership meeting, SEIU 721 City of San Jacinto Chapter members voted to extend their contract by one year citing ongoing concerns over the financial situation of the city. Members also voted to support the current effort to pass Measure A, a utility tax, which would bring new revenue to the city.
