Inland NAACP Chapter Honors VP Linda Dent and Labor Unions

web_linda_NAACPRiverside_450x300.jpgThe NAACP Riverside Branch 1059 honored SEIU 721 Vice President Linda Dent, with its Foot Soldier award at the civil rights organization’s Second Annual Labor Awards Dinner and Dance. The event took place on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Radisson Hotel in Ontario.

The award is given to honor extraordinary performance by those unsung labor members who have sacrificed and struggled to make equality a reality for all; by going above and beyond the call of duty in the area of labor relations.
