On March 28 we’re going to Sacramento to extend whistleblower protections to nurses. We refuse to allow anyone to be put in the position of having to choose between the safety of their patients and their job!
We need to extend existing healthcare worker whistleblower protections to nurses who are asked to violate nurse staffing ratio laws by amending Section 1278.5 of the Health and Safety Code.
