SEIU 721 County of Ventura Members Vote YES on Tentative Agreement!

We Locked in our Historic Agreement!

Our SEIU 721 County of Ventura bargaining team delivered on a strong Tentative Agreement (TA) and members voted overwhelmingly YES to approve this historic agreement.

The agreement provides gains that uplift members, our families and our communities.

Our new TA includes:

+ A 10.5% salary increase over the next three years, with 3.5% each year.
+ A majority of members will see much more than the 10.5% GSI due to Market Based Adjustments and SB525 wins
+ Historic safeguarding of healthcare coverage
+ Additional paid Cesar Chavez holiday
+ Non-economic language wins to address HSA Caseload and patient-sitting in the hospitals
