Q: What has been the past rate increase with VCHCP, over the past three years?
A: This rate information was provided by the County:
Q: If we vote to leave VCHCP, can we rejoin later?
A: We asked that question and the response was “not likely.”
Q: Is the Courts receiving any monetary incentive to switch plans?
A: No. This would be a cost-neutral change for the courts. They are paying for the consulting firm, USI, to put the options together.
Q: What is the union’s/bargaining team’s position on this?
A: The union has a “no recommendation” position. Members will choose.
Q: Why didn’t I get an email or text?
A: We are closely reviewing our represented employee list and making sure those who have not unsubscribed are receiving emails. If you want to follow up on this, please email info@seiu721.org and we will follow up with you.
If you would like to sign up for text message alerts, also, please email info@seiu721.org and we will work with you so you can subscribe.
